How we work
4–6 weeks · single conference
A focused engagement before a flagship show. We embed with marketing and revenue ops, build the pre-show plan, design the lead capture stack, and stay involved through the event itself.
3–9 months · partial-time
For teams without a dedicated event ops leader. We work alongside the marketing team across the calendar — picking shows, sizing booths, building the playbook, debriefing every event.
Who we are
Atlas is a partner-led practice. We work with five to seven clients at a time so each engagement gets a senior operator end to end, not a deck handed off to a junior team. No analyst army, no slide factories.
Most engagements start with a 45-minute conversation. We'll tell you whether we're a fit before either of us spends more time.
